Our kitchen floor is finally done and it looks so good. Pictures to follow as soon as we find the batteries for the camera and also the strength to put them in.

You seem to have discovered the steps of home improvement:
1. Calculate the time you think it will take and the cost of materials as shown at the home improvement store.
2. Double the cost of materials and multiply the time requirement by five.
3. Add at least one additional trip to the store for every two to four hours of work time.
